Welcome to CrossFit Primeval

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

Our Programming

At CrossFit Primeval our training program consists of a strength component (Squats, Deadlifts, Presses) and a conditioning component designed to allow you to comfortably and safely challenge yourself week by week. All of our movements during the “Workout of the Day” (WOD) can be performed “ as prescribed” (RX’d) or modified to suit your fitness level and abilities. Our expert coaches are trained and certified to take you through a proper progression for every movement and help you reach your goals.
