2. Dynamic Warm Up (on whiteboard)

3. Junkyard Dog Warm Up

Conditioning

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

20 Double Unders

12 Push Ups

14 Pull Ups

18 Sit Ups
